Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming single-storey 75 m² house for rent in Bouin, 500 m from the port, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 1,000 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with single sofa bed, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), with cot and en-suite bathroom with bath, Italian shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and bunk bed
- Laundry room with separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden surrounded by salt marshes and a 35 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bouin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- Bouin marsh and dyke loop, discover oyster huts, the Pointe des Poloux and the vast expanses of the Marais Breton Vendéen.
- Hiking and cycling, explore the typical landscapes of the region, between salt marshes, dykes and picturesque harbors.
- Explore the island of Noirmoutier, with its wild beaches, bike rides, local specialties and authentic charm, a 35-minute drive away.
- Nantes is a 45min drive away, a vibrant city where history, art and imagination meet at the heart of a living, astonishing heritage
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the spaces in the courtyard on the north side of the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bourgneuf-en-Retz train station, 11 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique airport, 43min by car.
Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15 per stay and per pet, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- As the house is surrounded by “étiers” (small water channels), it is the responsibility of adults to supervise children to ensure their safety.
