"The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals. "

"Based on reading some of the reviews we were expecting a bare-bones hotel, not good cleanliness and breakfast - in a not-too-nice area. We even took some soap in case it was not provided. We were very pleasantly surprised - this hotel was great - nice area, super staff, pleasant room & balcony, fantastic breakfast albeit just continental, clean - and even had soap & shampoo provided! We will certainly come again (we fly our own plane) - it is the best value in Le Touquet."

"This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented."

"Lovely location with a great view of the sea from the bedroom and lounge. The place was perfect for the 4 of us and the kids loved the bunks. The kitchen is quite tiny but serviceable. We were walkable to the beach and along a nice path at the bottom of the house which takes you into the town. We will be back!"

"I think Sophie needs to translate her communication to English before she send it as I had to use the translator to understand her message,only because on the site says communication possible in bilingual..also it says sheets available,but £6 A pair I asked for explanation but not clear ended up with no bed bottom sheet and pillow cover ...she is lovely it's my second time with her..all the best"

"Lovely place to stay and excellent communication from the owner. Be aware if going out of season though, as we did, as the reception hardly ever opens. This meant we were unable to access any Wi-Fi or receive any local help. It was a good job the owner was on the ball and communicative!"

We had an issue with the power the first night, but a friendly neighbour sorted it out in the morning. The owner was sending someone round which we didn’t need in the end, so she was very responsive."
