"We had a scary incident where security accidentally opened our room door due to a mix-up, but the manager handled it very well and I would still highly recommend this hotel. They took our concerns seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. Rooms were clean. Staff at the restaurant and bar were not very pleasant and not prepared for an event that brought in many more customers than usual. Also wish there was free breakfast option."

"The interior of the hotel was very well maintained and very clean. I booked a room with a single queen with a recliner. I don't remember intentionally choosing the recliner, but when I got into the room, having a recliner was SO NICE. The hotel is within walking distance of the Green Line train, giving easy access to downtown SLC and even the airport directly. If there is any room for improvement, the outside of the hotel could use a "once a day" clean up. There are brand new apartments next to the hotel. Some apartment residents seem to be walking their dogs in the grass around the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but ultimately hotel residents will see it. So it might be good if once a day someone went out and cleaned up if any doggy surprises were left behind."
