## Emplacement
The apartment is located in a leafy residential area at the crossroads of all valley excursions, shops and sporting activities. However, a car is highly recommended. The Bourg-Saint-Maurice funicular connects you to the Les Arcs Paradiski resorts in just 7 minutes! You can also choose to drive to La Rosière, Val d'Isère or Tignes. In summer, you'll have access to the Iseran and Petit-Saint-Bernard passes.
