Sofa bed was very uncomfortable; the view from our room was horrible, we could see an abandoned piece of land with loads of rubbish. Rooms are small, as a family we struggled to move around. There is nowhere to hang wet towels; no complementary water bottle. Breakfast was ok.

Staff were excellent, good facilities very clean. We experienced no noise from other guests and slept well. One thing i would suggest is that, there should be two towel hooks in the bathroom's. The one in our room wasn't sufficient.

Modern, comfortable, clean accommodation with all the basics. And easy walking distance from the seafront and the town centre. Breakfast is included as standard, and it’s ok, nothing to write home about. I do think it is a little overpriced considering it is off season and just standard accommodation that is nothing special. Probably just paying for convenience.

Only stayed for a night as we were attending a concert nice room although when switching the tv on there was no signal so it didn't work for us it was to late to mention and was in a rush to leave so forgot to notify them upon leaving, bed was ok a bit hard for my liking but shower was satisfactory was nice having all the shampoo,conditioner and body wash although i did bring my own same with the hairdryer i always take my own but was nice to know there was one in the room ....iron and ironing board came in handy when getting ready .....no complimentory water or mini fridge for self bought snacks bit of a downfall for me as the room cost £145 bar was nice comfortable and modern very clean throughout including the room ....im not a breakfast person but hubby went down in the morning not the best unfortunately but it is "free" staff at reception were lovely and parking was not a problem pre paid for it at the desk on arrival so left the hotel with no blips....overall a good stay for what we needed it for

From stepping foot into the hotel, we were greeted with smiles from the lovely staff. Our room was lovely, much bigger than expected and was clean. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning kept the room cool all night. We didn’t hear the slightest bit of noise during our stay so it really was peaceful. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel. So much to choose from and a proper coffee machine. Everything was cooked perfectly and was hot and the continental options were amazing. We would definitely book again and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Bedroom, bathroom & public areas were spotlessly clean. The A/C worked very well - we switched it off at night though. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, but I do think that fresh fruit is a better option than tinned. Staff were very polite, courteous & helpful. We’ll definitely return if we visit the area again.

Lovely clean, large room on the 3rd floor. Shane about the view over a derelict dumping ground. Great access to town. A short 5 min walk but all up hill on the way back. Beware the electric charging points have a minimum £40 charge!!! Pozitive energy shame on you! Staff were lovely. The bar area/breakfast area could do with being twice the size for the amount of rooms and people staying. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice
