Oceanfront Park beach less than a mile away (0.7 miles), take a walk to the beach!! Biking friendly area. 1 Parking stall. Touristic quiet and safe area, close to fitness clubs, two water front restaurants, boat/jet ski rental, scuba diving/ fishing charters. Studio attached to a main unit w/independent entrance, queen bed microwave, refrigerator. Washer and dryer
Exterior security cameras all around the perimeter of the building. Current photo government issued id required.
