“I was there for the Appalachian Festival and the place was great. Clost to things and a great bed.”

“The town was adorable as well as the actual apartment, very historic. Host was great with communication on an issue we had. ”

“Everything was great except an issue with the listing that was not due to the property owner. Especially nice was him fixing a noise issue which was also outside of his control, but he resolved very satisfactorily. We would absolutely recommend!”

“Very close to the Ark and close to the city. Great communication and a wonderful stay experience”

“Needed better planning on the TV, and railings on stairs, in the shower and such. Not a lot of space for a family. No dressers in bedrooms. Lights were darker. Shops in town don’t open until late afternoon and not until Wednesday. Need to let folks know there’s more going on the next town over with Walmart and shopping. Kids would be bored.”

“The property is in great area very quiet and peaceful but only a couple minute drive to great restaurants and shops. You can tell they have done a lot of work making the place so nice and bathroom upgrades are amazing!”

“The Nest was very clean comfortable. Lots of amenities and a terrific kitchen. The host was attentive and courteous. We hope to return!”
