The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like inside. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the deck while watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The view of the sunset each night was beautiful too. We loved the beach. The condo had beach chairs and an umbrella available. We will be back.

Great location can walk to stores and restaurants, its right on the beach and perfect spot. The place was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us, the beds were comfy too

Family beach trip

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was just perfect for our family of four. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The condo was nicely updated, well-decorated, and comfortable. The view from the balcony at all times of the day, especially sunset, was gorgeous and so relaxing. We are still missing those sunsets! The proximity to the beach was especially amazing and made visits there extremely easy. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The location of this property is perfect! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops, nightlife. The inside of the property is fresh, clean and nicely decorated. Although located on a very busy street, the street noise is not noticeable inside. The kitchen is well equipped. The downside of this rental is the bedroom with the loft. An adult cannot stand upright in the loft nor the area under the loft making it necessary to crawl into bed from the end. This would be the perfect place for a couple with children saving a lot of bumped heads!! The four of us staying there were all over 70 and it should be noted that anyone who has trouble with stairs there are quite a few steps to enter the unit. Note to owner: The brackets holding the railing to the building are rusted through allowing the rail to pull out. Also the furniture on the deck is too big for the space making it difficult for more then two to sit out.

Perfect location, super cute and clean condo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and decorated super cute. We loved being able to easily walk over to Bridge Street to eat and also be right on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we loved this property. The view was incredible, the patio had nice furniture to enjoy breakfast and sunsets, and the location was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk bed set up as well. Being right next to Bridge St allowed us to walk to the shops, pier, and restaurants. The beach was relatively quiet and the property had some beach and water toys for our kids. It was also a 5 minute drive to Manatee beach which was an excellent public beach. The only minor con was live music noise from Bridge Street until 10 pm and construction noise in the morning from across the street. These minor things didn’t bother us too much. Overall great stay and we would return if a future vacation brought us back to AMI.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The second bedroom does have a low ceiling above the bottom bed for a tall adult over 5ft. The only drawback to staying at this condo again would be having to share the patio with your neighbor. We enjoy a private patio to watch the sunrise and have breakfast and happy hour with the sunset. We did not feel comfortable doing so with neighbors also wanting to sit on the patio during these peak times. The condo is in walking distance to shops and wonderful restaurants! Put up a patio divider and we'd be back.

Perfect location, weather, and accommodations!

Loved the ocean view off the balcony as well as proximity to Bridge Street. Walking distance to retail shops, restaurants, and bike rentals. Very clean and well appointed condo. Would definitely love to return in the future.

Very disappointing

Good: The view and walkability to restaurants, etc. Bad: The hide-a-bed had not been changed and had dirty sheets. The steep steps are poorly lit and had a loose board at the top which stuck up and was a trip hazard. The master quilt was stained and the mattress is badly worn out with a deep sunken area. The pillows were very thin, old, and dirty. The kitchen table was unstable and had a folded brochure holding up one leg. Our feet were black from the dirty floor after having arrived only hours prior. The kitchen utensils were old, worn, and of very low quality. The entire place was poorly equipped and felt very much like was stocked from a yard sale. We left two days early as this place was far below our expectations and we didn't feel comfortable amongst such low quality. The property management did offer to "re-clean" after asking for a refund (which we did not get) but we declined given that the place should have been in much better condition upon arrival.

Beautiful view

The location was perfect- right on the beach. The living space was comfortable - sheets and pillows need upgrading for the price. Also, the kitchen should have a working can opener, toaster, and salt and pepper, etc for the price.

Beautiful view, perfect location.

The view was spectacular all day with sunrise and sunset being amazing. Arrived Saturday, parked the car and did not move it until the next Saturday when we left. Excellent restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

Great Location

Great location and great views. We had a great time despite it being colder than normal. The washer did not work for us. Stuck on the spin cycle full of water all night and ruined some clothes. Other than that we had a great time.
