Perfect location. Amazing view. Lots of beach accessories available to use. Property really needs updating. Curtain rails kept falling down. Mould in the bathrooms. Not very clean. Bedding and pillows are very stained. Pool area needs maintenance. Weeds growing in patio. Definitely gone downhill. Have been staying at these condos for over 20 years and sadly needs updating.

Sunset terrace

Location was perfect. Would stay again simply for the location. The condo was fine, the coach seemed a little dirty as well as layers of dust on the ceiling fans. One complaint is that I called the day after we arrived and said the canopy was broken (i messaged on VRBO prior to the booking to see if this was included, and they said it was), the person I talked to on the phone said someone would return my call, we left 6 days later and I’m still waiting on that phone call.

It was great! There was only two things that were a little inconvenience, the first house keeping didn’t get done until 4:30pm even though check in was at 4:00pm. The other was the master bedroom shower has very little water pressure.

Location is great but there were a few “disappointments”: we had no lounge chairs in the locker to use on the beach. We had to go buy some at Walmart. We were only given 2 dishwasher tablets so had to wash dishes by hand after day 4. All the sleeping pillows had stains in them. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room and terrace. The condo was clean and smelled nice. We had great weather.

Beautiful Beach

Beach was phenomenal. It was convenient to have access to beach chairs, sand toys etc. Each morning we would set up our spot on beach and spend all day there. The condo was clean and had the necessities. I do think some new blankets and bedding would be helpful. Overall - we had a great time and we’re happy with our stay. We also did have an issue with the dryer and RVA was prompt and there within a couple hours to fix.

Exceeded expectations

Clean spacious and well appointed with all needs considered. SHould add a mention in any write about the use of the parking garage closet for storing bikes, boards, chairs and beach toys. Very convenient and helpful to have available.

This unit is uncomfortable. no padded chairs just cheap plastic. the worn kitchen cabinet doors do not close, the furnace did not work the first five days in 45 degree weather,the front screen storm door was filthy, the toilet had to be adjusted three times to stop running, the sliding glass door was very difficult to open, the furniture was worn and needed paint, stains on most bed linens,the shower door was off its track, three cheap wine glasses.. THIS OWNER DOES NOT CARE. still waiting to hear from realty company. , or owner but no one has contcted me.

Beautiful beach, great location, weather excellent! 4 adults in 2 bedroom 2 bath unit ....we all had a wonderful week! Hopefully we can make it back again next year!

Spacious place

The heat wasn’t easy to to figure out. The main bedroom bathroom did not have a good shower head. The place was spacious and very clean good view of the beach. Would have liked to have been able to move tge screens on the balcony. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Check in was horrible, but stay turned out great.

I messaged the host 4 times to make sure everything was going to be ok with our late arrival and was told our welcome packet and keys would be in the late arrival box at the office. We arrived as scheduled looked in the late arrival box and no welcome packet for us. After several calls with no answer we finally got ahold of someone who was able to get the building manager. He called me and said he could meet us at the property with the keys in 15min. I certainly appreciate him meeting us at the property but we had to wait over an hour for him to finally show up. After getting our keys the condo itself could definitely use some update (furniture especially) but the location and view is unbelievable!! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Overall great stay and we would return again. I agree with past reviews that some things are outdated but we spent most of the time out at the beach so it didn’t matter much. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable, as well as the bed. We did appreciate all the extra towels with children this helped! Better management than Vacasa.

Beautiful views

Condo unit was clean upon arrival and had a very well stocked kitchen (utensils, small appliances, bake ware, etc). Kitchen and bathrooms could really benefit from an update/remodel. Property is very family friendly, quiet and safe. Master bed was very comfortable and closets were stocked with extra pillows, blankets and two roll away beds. Check in and check out process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to pick up and drop off keys at office on Longboat Key. We ended up being stuck in traffic for over 45 minutes upon check out, to go 2 miles.

Beautiful view

The view from the condo was beautiful. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable but overall it was very nice place to stay. There is no elevator and the steps to the second floor are hard. We will stay there again. The view is worth it.

Great beach condo

Perfect location on the beach. The view from the screened in balcony is unbeatable. We saw dolphins several days. The heated pool was great to have for an alternative for the kids. The unit had lots of games for when we needed a break from the sun which was also great.

The view!

The location is great and the view is spectacular. The condo has a nice layout to it. It is pretty out dated but for the money we paid it was fair. The bathrooms were what needs the biggest updates. The couch looks comfortable but is the most uncomfortable couch I've probably ever sat on. The linens are old and can stand to be replaced with new. All in all, for the money paid, it was the best deal on the island with that kind of view and we would happily stay there again. RVA did a great job.
