All utensils, pots, pans, towels, linens, hair dryer, dishes, glasses and flatware are provided. We have provided two new sets of Men's Right-Hand Golf Clubs as well as two Schwinn bikes for your use. There is a Storage Room for your use located just steps away from the front-door of the condo. The residence is located just across the street from one of community pools, 5min. walk from Golf Clubhouse with fully equipped fitness, gourmet restaurant, main pool with tiki bar and 8 tennis courts.
River Strand is a private community with 24/7 security. The 27-hole championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways. The club also offers eight lit, Har-Tru tennis courts with on-site tennis pro shop; Pickle Ball, multiple pools, two modern fitness centers. A beautiful 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan-inspired main clubhouse offering casual and fine dining, a bar and grill room, billiard room, card room, conference room, golf pro shop, resort style pool with "sand" beach and tiki bar. River Strand has magnificently landscaped grounds with running and biking trails.
The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

Reservation must be carried out minimum 14 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules, we need prepare Lease agreement and fill some documents for association. Our team is always on hand to help, from your first enquiry and booking, through to the end your stay and beyond.

Information for clients who want to book May 1 - December 31, 2025: the main clubhouse building will be undergoing renovations from May 1 - Dec 31, 2025. The restaurant and TIKY bar will be closed, refreshments will be provided by a food truck with limited options. Tenants don't have to spend any food minimum in this time. All other amenities (gyms, pickleball, tennis, pools, golf) will operate without restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
