- Single family home in West Bradenton. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been totally remodeled and updated in 2019. Great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New smart TVs, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Only 6.6 miles from Anna Maria Island Bradenton beach and 2 miles from IMG Academy. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Cleanest vacation rental ever!
Super clean, comfortable spot. Location is convenient to everything. Owners seem to have put a lot of thought into all the little details—the house had everything we needed/wanted. Would definitely stay if we’re in the area again!
