Welcome to Coral Paradise! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single level lakefront home located in the serene Lorraine Lakes community! With a coastal vibe and light and airy atmosphere, this home is the perfect vacation rental for those looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

This home is located in Lorraine Lakes, a newly developed gated community within Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Your adventures and boundless.

Location is everything; this home is only a short distance from everyday conveniences such as shopping, restaurants, recreation centers, and the crystal-clear beaches Florida offers.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted with an open concept living space that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas together. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and features high-end appliances, gorgeous cabinetry, and stunning quartz countertops.

Step outside onto the large deck and you'll find a private pool that overlooks the serene lake. Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and taking in the stunning views.

The three spacious bedrooms each offer their own unique style and charm, and all feature comfortable beds with plush linens. The primary bedroom is spacious, with a king-size bed and attached bathroom. The primary bathroom has dual vanity, with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and attached bathroom that has a updated vanity and shower/tub combo.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.

The Clubhouse and Amenities come with a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics studio, splash park, a large resort style community pool, a playground, a sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts and much more.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.

Coral paradise

The location of this home was excellent, it was nice having the lake view in the back. The rugs could have been cleaned. The kitchen was very sparse, I bought plastic dishes so we could eat by the pool. I also had to buy a larger coffee pot, but loved the Nespresso. It would have been nice to have a tv in the master bedroom.
