Perfect location

Great location for the beach and IMG. Walking distance to grocery and water for fishing. The hot tub and backyard fire pit and putt putt kept our boys busy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed

This was a charming home, well cared for and clean, tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a small family vacation. Short drive to the beach (though the commute can be 30-45 minutes to Anna Maria Island beaches during peak season.)The property manager was responsive but unobtrusive. Just the way it should be. We had difficulty with the electronic door lock upon arrival, and we were able to speak to a person quickly, even though it was after hours, and get the situation remedied swiftly.We'd recommend this home, and this property management company. A pleasant stay was had by all in our party.

Saying..."See you Later" to a family member

Our visit was mainly about family, that live in the area. The house was very nice, clean, well kept. I look the open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen areas. Lots of natural light. The kitchen could use a few good pans, there was foil, plastic wrap, and some spices left in the cabinets. The enclosed back porch was nice to sit out on , enjoy your coffee and watch the 2 neighborhood cats, and lizards move about the yard. Loved the furniture, the beds were great. Only had one unwanted visitor in the house, two days before we left, a palmetto bug, my husband took care of. We ended up staying an extra week,, my husband would go down to the beach area by the bridge every day and swim. I would stay here again. I have family members who are also considering this house for future stays. I really loved some of the MCM furniture in the home.

Cozy, quaint & perfect home

This home had all my sister and I needed for a great vacation. Plenty of room, super comfy couch, kitchen was stocked with every gadget, clean, screened porch, beach supplies, lots of hangers and much more. Ten minutes from the beach! I walked every morning and felt very safe. We were at home here. Thank you so much!
