The home was very disappointing due to many dangerous and concerning issues and should be fixed before another family should be allowed to stay in that home. The big sliding glass door did not close or lock. All swimming pool alarms on all 3 of the sliding glass doors leading to the pool area did not work. I spoke to Nash about this and he tried to tell me that the alarms were not necessary and that the maid had turned them off. These are not electronic alarms. I knew after speaking to him this was not going to get fixed. We had a three year old at this house and it was a concern for safety. According to the state of Florida these alarms must be in working order. There were outlets in bedrooms without covers which is another safety issue. Closet doors kept falling off track. The water filter system in kitchen did not work. The faucets in the bathrooms were all about falling off. The shower curtain pole was so cheap it kept falling down. There wasn’t one game or toy advertised that wasn’t broken. Picked ball Paddle broken, the only putter for put-put corse was taped, bent and broken, swing-set lifts off the ground when kids were swinging on it. Pool table/air hockey table broken and dangerous because the locking mechanisms were broke. The pool toy box was full of broken toys. All 3 Trash cans were full when we arrived and was not picked up until late on Wednesday. Floors and rugs were filthy dirty with hair. Is very falsely advertised.
