STUNNING! Game Room, Pool, Beaches & Full Remodel!

  • Fully remodeled 4BR pool home in a quiet Bradenton neighborhood, about 7 miles from the Anna Maria Island beaches. Heated pool, screened lanai with outdoor dining for 14+, fire pit, and a game room with ping pong, foosball and giant Connect 4. Two king bedrooms, a bunk room with trundle, a twin room and a queen sofa bed sleep 12, plus a crib for baby. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee station and beach gear included.

    THE HOME
    Remodeled top to bottom, with an open great room and new quartz counters. Seating for 8 at the table and 6 at the breakfast bar. Coffee station with a Keurig and a drip maker; a starter set of K-Cups and coffee is provided. Fully stocked kitchen with spice rack and salt/pepper. Comfortable beds, all with good lighting, USB ports and outlets.

    BEDROOMS
    • Bedroom 1: king bed, walk-in closet, desk, private bath
    • Bedroom 2: king bed
    • Bedroom 3: twin-over-full bunk with pull-out trundle
    • Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds
    • Living room: queen pull-out sofa (its sheets are the blue ones in the game cabinet or primary linen closet)

    FUN
    Ping pong, foosball, mini basketball hoop, giant wall Connect 4, chalkboard, board games and 4 walkie-talkies (bring AA batteries).

    OUTSIDE
    Heated pool, screened lanai with outdoor dining for 14+ (the table extends) and a fire pit area.

    BEACH DAY
    Anna Maria Island and other popular beaches are about 7 miles away. Beach towels, chairs, carts, coolers, life jackets and dive rings are provided.

    THE AREA
    Quiet, family-friendly street two blocks from Bradenton Country Club. Restaurants, groceries, smoothie stands, dog parks and walking trails are nearby.

    PARKING
    Parking is driveway only. The street is narrow, so please park in the driveway and do not block the sidewalk. Room for 4 cars, but not more.

    QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD
    This is a quiet neighborhood with neighboring houses close by. Not a good house for parties, gatherings or late nights by the pool. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. Please help us keep neighbors happy by being extra considerate of your noise outside after hours. Noise monitor onsite. If you like to party, this isn't the house for you. Relaxation, laughing, playing, friend and family fun.

    CHECKOUT
    Late check-outs are not permitted. If you do not leave by your scheduled check-out time of 10 am, there will be a $40 late check-out fee.

Florida getaway

Great layout to the property, beautifully decorated and fully stocked/loaded with everything you need. Nice neighbourhood, centrally located to meet all our vacation needs and close to the store for groceries. Host is super fast with communication and meeting any accommodations you need. Lovely stay overall.

This property was beautiful! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. I really appreciated all the beach supplies that were provided. The owner is easy to work with and quick to responds. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Fabulous home- beautifully decorated, plenty of space with everything you need! Celebrated my moms 80th birthday there with 7 adults, 3 kids and everyone was comfortable and we had a blast. The pool is a great size, the game room with ping pong table was a big hit, and the great room was the perfect place for us to gather for games, karaoke, and visiting. The host responded to messages quickly and was super sweet about a special request thst came up. Would definitely come back!!

Great!

We had a really nice, relaxing experience. It was the perfect size for our family - two adults and four kids … my oldest son was competing at Junior Nationals for rowing - in Sarasota - so he was staying with his team … but this home would have accommodated him as well if he had stayed with us. The kitchen was beautiful and the kids loved the two chairs hanging from the ceiling.

Excellent in every way!

What a perfect place for our family to relax! The kitchen was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need to cook and or bake. The kids were in the pool every single day... Multiple times. We would highly recommend this place to anybody but especially to big families. Very clean, very well taken care of. The owner/management company was great to work with.

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous property! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, and even more beautiful in person.The space was perfect for our families. The kitchen had all the basics though we didn't do any cooking on this vacation. The pool and lanai were well furnished and spacious as well. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was a short ride away. The owners were very attentive, accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and request. We look forward to going back again!

Would rent again!

Overall the house was incredible. Very roomy, fully stocked with all of your needs and then some. There were a few things that need attention - the ceiling fan in master didn't work, there was no full length mirror in master, the floors could have been cleaner in the main living area, my grandsons hands and feet were pretty dirty from crawling. One of the beach umbrellas was broken, which wasn't discovered until we were already at the beach. A few of the beach chairs were badly rusted. Also, there was an outlet on the Island that is missing a plate cover, and that could have been very dangerous had we not been keeping an eye on our grandchild. Again, these aren't huge issues and wouldn't keep me from going back. The owner was very attentive and the house really was very nice and centrally located. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! With 4 adults and 3 kids we had lots of room. We especially loved the outdoor area with the pool and a table with plenty of seating for our evening suppers. It was nice to have one master bedroom on the opposite side of the living space from the 3 other bedrooms too. That way I could get up and have my coffee without waking everyone! Thanks for a great week!

Feeling Beachy

Really enjoyed our stay here, our host, Christy was very responsive and timely with any minor issues that we had to deal with. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, we loved the oversized island. Entire place was clean would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

From checking in to checking out, our vacation was a dream! My family and I needed a house close enough to the beach but with plenty of space to keep 3 kids (two of them being energetic 3 year olds) entertained while there. This was it! The house is spacious, BEAUTIFUL, includes a perfect sized pool and the property manager Christy couldn’t have been more helpful! If you’re thinking of booking a stay here, my family and I definitely recommend it!
