Audrey's quick response to my questions and other positive reviews on her place made booking the right choice. Really glad we did. Place lived up to its online description and much much more. Good this cause we ended up spending more time inside than planned due to less than ideal skiing conditions. Great time still had by all with lots of laughs and memories in an outstanding home base. “My friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend. Although the weather was snow/icy and cold, there was plenty to do in the area. The home alone was enough for us to stay warm and comfortable in. Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. The town of Warren is close with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and local bars with entertainment. The people of the area were extremely helpful and……

“Our family of 4 stayed with another family of 5 in the home and the space worked out perfectly. The townhome is beautifully updated and modern. The view of the slopes is goregous and the access to the ski resort is very simple being less than a half mile from the property. Communication with the owner was great and so was check in and check out procedures. We would rate a 5* with just one small request for the owner to see if they can increase the water pressure in the showers. We would stay……

“The property is in a great location. Its just a few minutes to restaurants & shops (& skiing in the winter). There was an issue with the property not being quite ready when we arrived. We contacted the owners & they were quick to respond & address the issues. Plenty of space & quiet area.”

“This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again!”

“Our entire family stayed together at Tree's House and we had such a great experience! The house is so interesting, with its early 20th century architecture, and it's so comfortable, with its modern upgrades. We had plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so homey. Perfect for family meals, game nights, and roasting s'mores. Communication with David was easy and he had the house stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I can't recommend Tree's House enough!”

“The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.”

“We had such an amazing time here. The accommodations were so relaxing and comfortable. We played games, watched movies, hiked, fed the fish in the pond, played pool, made s’mores over a bonfire, played with the dogs and even tried to fly a kite unsuccessfully. Then we experienced the eclipse at a local event and had a blast. This is an amazing place to do whatever your heart desires!”

“House was recently renovated, new fixtures and furniture. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. Host was very responsive to messages and email. Location is convenient to Allegheny national Forest, state parks and Warren has most anything needed. Nice place to stay, not overly fancy and furnished on a budget, but a good experience overall.”
