「Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. 」

「Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. 「Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean.」

「Just the most lovely stay especially for two adults. It is well appointed, cozy and quiet. It even has Cotton sheets on the beds a sure sign that the owner is committed to the comfort of her visitors. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and will always check to see if it’s available on any future trips.」
