“For me it was a terrible experience, they didn't change the bath towels, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there was no soap for bathing, in short, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it, terrible accommodation”

“Agradável , uma boa vista sobre o rio . Só uma coisa a apontar , fomos no Inverno em que foi necessário ligar o aquecedor . Ao ligar o aquecedor no máximo de energia, ficávamos às escuras. Notou-se que era um problema do consumo de energia da habitação . Causava um impacto tão grande na rede elétrica da cabana que chegava a provocar queda de energia. ”

“Don’t be fooled by the drive down to the driveway doors. Once they open, the property is beautiful. Common area for leisure and dining very tastefully decorated. Our room was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this place for affordable accommodation. Manuela suggested we eat at a restaurant down the street(Cancelas) what a wonderful place to eat. One portion was enough for 2. The bacalhau with the restaurant special sauce was delicious. ”

“This is the perfect property if you’re interested in easy accessibility to Braga city center walking and shopping. The property is built in an old structure that may have contained stables. Gaining entrance has you using lock boxes and opening old doors into dark hallways that are motion lit as you enter. After 2 sets of keys, two combination lockboxes and 3 doors you are in your suite. From that point on entry and exits are much less complicated. I rather enjoyed the process, initially not……

“It was a Big surprise when we pulled up in front of the property! This was a 17th Century “Casa” which is still owned by the members of the founding family. It was like entering a museum. There were original portraits of the family going back 4-5?generations. Original furniture. The hostess was very kind and the breakfasts were delicious with fruit, cheese, meat, fresh fruit, local artisan baked goods 2 kinds of juice , coffee and teas. Could not have asked for more! Would highly recommend this……
