“I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were.
The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice.
Usually there was no one at the front desk.
I will never use this hotel again.”

“I rented the cheap room, it didn't have a refrigerator, it didn't have a microwave, something that in any motel there is because it's the basic, even a motel of 40 dollars has it and this one that cost 115 no, not to mention the quilts, I think they were dirty and old from what it looked”

“First, staff were very hard to understand. I called the office to get the Wifi password, and ended up having to walk to the office to get it. Secondly, there was no ice available. Thirdly, the bathtub drained very slowly when taking a shower. Thirdly, the bathroom was not clean. Fourth, there was an extra $12 fee tacked on the original price which should have been $94.00, not $106.00. The staff said it was an Expedia charge. I was not aware of that. “Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm.
