「We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...

「It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. 」

General: Under floor heating is good but can take 24hrs to warm the apartment up.」

Ainakin meidän huoneiston keittiöstä löytyivät hyvät ruoanlaittovälineet ja astiat. Söll kymmenen minuutin matkan päässä, Sheffau ja Ellmau muutaman minuutin kauempana. 「Wir haben mit 6 Personen und drei Kindern (2,4,5 Jahre alt) in dem Haus gelebt. Für uns war das Haus von der Größe und der Ausstattung perfekt. Vorallem der Wohnraum und die Küche waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Für uns als Familie war es von der Lage und der Zimmeraufteilung perfekt. Man hätte direkt vom Haus Wanderungen starten können, ich denke vor allem in der Wintersaison ist die Lage perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 」

「Genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Liebevoll ausgestattete Hütte in den Bergen. Kein Fernseher, kein WLAN, dafür aber ein grandioser Blick auf die Berge. Wir hatten fantastisches Wetter zum Skifahren und wandern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 」
