“We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. Thank you Matt for being so helpful and accommodating. Everyone wants to rent it now😊”

“We really enjoyed this home and it was a perfect location for us. The house sits back from a main street and is well insulated so it is quiet. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The bathrooms were all in great condition and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Anthony is a great host and even let us extend our stay. If you have children this home is great……

“Very comfortable and as pictured and described in other reviews. Note that the fan must be on when you shower. We made the mistake not to, and the steam set off the fire alarm just outside the bathroom door. Otherwise no mishaps and we would gladly return.”

“This was an exceptional property right on the ocean. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with access to restaurants, grocery stores in the area. I was visiting with my daughter for half term break and the house was perfect, spacious with great views of the ocean. Equipped with all of the amenities and tastefully decorated, I would definitely stay here again. A five star rating.”

“This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.”

The property is well taken care of, very dog friendly, tastefully decorated, modern yet charming, and spotlessly clean. “The cottage is a perfect cozy stay on the water - we stayed in the winter and still were able to enjoy the sand and the sunrises right outside the window. House is well-appointed and well-located within area with access to restaurants and shops in Clinton, Madison, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, etc.”

“I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. The cottage is adorable, perfect……
