4 night stay. Everything you would hope for. Staff was excellent. Had dinner in the restaurant twice. Very good. Buffett breakfast was second to none. Staff for breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel in Bratislava, the room was spacious, oberall very comfy bed although the mattrass doesn't fit the frame proper and there's a small gap between the bedframe amd the headboard. The breakfast was okay, and the service we received was great.

Comfortable hotel and easy access to old town. Great breakfast, very clean and amazing staff. The rooms were great, but maybe a little warm. Great beds. Only thing I missed was some English channels on the TV, such as news and BBC world service

Excellent Experience with hotel Saffron

Excellent customer service, the from desk staff were really helpful and smiling at all the times, the rooms are very spacious and clean with comfortable beds, I just had am issue with the provided pillows as the were not so comfy. This hotel is based in a very convenient area so most of the of the sites of interest can be reached by foot.

The property was very clean and quiet and that is high on my list when selecting a hotel. Rooms were nice and there was a good chinese restaurant beside the hotel. We needed a hotel for a recording in the radio building and it was a 5 minute walk. Short taxi ride to the downtown and river.

Second stay and still ok

My second stay here at the Saffron Hotel. Yet again the service and friendliness was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with me and especially Klaudia(spelling??) Who was helpful with local advice.

For my Mother and I, this hotel was in the perfect place, close to a relative and the Train station for our onward journey. There was also a tram just outside. We had a very nice meal there. Sunny room. Able to change up phones. Cafes across the square. Close to the Old Town Center - which is a beautiful place! I'm sure we will be back.

Nice place

The hotel was in a good location. Close to old town and lots of markets and cafes. The room was nice and tidy, bed was comfortable. I couldn't work out the air conditioner in the room so the room was very warm. Had to keep the window open which wasn't a problem for me. Staff were polite and I would stay here again.

The location of car park is tough to find. Even taxi apps cannot locate it properly so if you have luggage or baby stroller, ensure you find the exact spot on Google maps. Limited vegetarian options for breakfast was seen. Perhaps the hotel can improvise on this option. Staff is very helpful.

The facilities were great, cleanliness perfect, reception and restaurant staff weren’t as good. Reception staff is expected a smile and explain necessary information about hotel when check in, but we didn’t receive any and when asked , were responded unwillingly. Restaurant staff kept taking away plates when we were eating and as soon as they were empty from the table as if they wanted us to leave quickly.

Super nice hotel, I am satisfied. The only bad thing is that it says they have air conditioning - I would rather say that it is a small fan in the ceiling and it did not work. I'm glad the weather was bad and it was cooler when I was there. I will NOT use this hotel during the summer period because it would simply be unbearable when there is no air conditioning. But apart from this I am fully satisfied.
