「Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward 」

「The hotel itself offers a clean, comfortable room with excellent housekeeping services, making for a mostly pleasant stay. The small rooftop terrace pool is a nice facility. While the American breakfast was acceptable, it was insufficient and additional food was charged, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and also insufficient. 「I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. 」

「The Lucky 9 hotel is a very nice quiet hotel. The staff is friendly & always available to help in the event you need anything. One of the greatest points about the Lucky 9 is their backup generator. In this part of the Philippines, "brownouts" are a most common occurrence. There is no loss of power at the Lucky 9 as the generator is always ready to go !! 」
