「Return visit. Our go to property for vacation. Great area. Close to many destinations, a cozy family get away if there ever was one. 」

「We stayed for our 25th Anniversary & the cabin was perfect, just what we wanted. It was very clean & the property is beautiful. Cabin included everything you would need for your stay. Host was very responsive, which was appreciated as this was my 1st time using Expedia/Vrbo. We will definitely be staying at Hidden Gems Cabins again. 」

「The location alone is spectacular, particularly in mid-fall, though the boats are absolutely right that it's a cell phone wasteland. Fortunately the house WiFi can handle all but the most intense gaming loads (bandwidth is great but satellite-level pings) and has plenty of TVs board games, and other pastimes for those seeking a digital detox. The hosts were great with communication, offering to help when needed but also perfectly willing to keep a distance when we wanted to embrace the...

「Beautiful cabin on a clean river. Had a great time hanging out with friends on the deck & at the pavilion by the water. We had a great time kayaking even though the water was low this time of year. Not much fishing this time of year though. Rail Explorers - Elk Division very close by & lots of fun. Wonderful host with great communication. 」

「We stayed at this adorable rustic cabin for a wedding at the winery and absolutely loved it! The nature-themed decor, indoor swings, and beautiful curved wooden steps made the space feel cozy and one-of-a-kind. It was the perfect retreat—comfortable, clean, and full of charm. 「This cabin was awesome, secluded and quiet, we explored the area with-in 2 hrs. of cabin every day, visited town shops and antique stores. Visiting New River Gorge then Buffalo Creek Lantern Cruise was the highlight of the trip, a must see. We had a pit fire every night outside the cabin, awesome firepit. Would recommend this cabin for your stay. 」

「We were under the impression that there was access to the river on the property, but there seemed to be private property in between this listing and the river. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and spent the weekend being lazy and enjoying the hot tub, the fire pit, and each other. 」
