“After traveling across the country, we looked forward to resetting and relaxing and celebrating thanksgiving as a family. Aside from cosmetic things like dog hair covering the couch, thick films of dust on the fans, etc. There were some serious safety factors that had us concerned. The floors were dramatically sagging and when anyone would walk around you could feel the whole floor shake. The kids room did not close and the master door had large gaps above and below. The door by the hot tub did……

“Hillside Hideaway in Jasonville, Indiana is a sweet cozy comfortable cabin. Has a beautiful front porch (with a gate-so your pets can stay out on the porch with you and not wonder off) overlooking the pond (the morning sunrise is breathtaking). Two outside areas with fire pits and chairs for everyone. There is a dock off the pond so you can fish (and swim if you want in pond). A Blackstone grill on the front porch with nice outside table and chairs (cabin has a lot of amenities from home). This……

“Thank you so much Lauren for allowing us women to have a staycation!!! We get together once a year and play cards and work puzzles and also eating. We also had friends come over throughout the week to play cards with us and we don’t have to worry about making too much noise or feel like we’re waking up our husbands so having a place close to home is so wonderful!!! ”
