“Lovely little property in the heart of rural Scotland: however, the property hadn't been cleaned or the beds changed prior to our arrival! We contacted the owner who informed us a cleaner would be with us by 10am the following day. We arrived at the property at 8pm on a Sunday night, after a five hour drive and spent the next two hours cleaning the kitchen and bathroom but still had no beds to sleep in so the sofa had to do for the first night. The cleaner did arrive the following day and did a……

“Very pleased with property. Centrally located. Only negative was extremely heavy doors that did not stay open and banged shut quite forcefully. I have a young son and we were constantly anxious of fingers getting caught. Otherwise an excellent stay”

“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

“Super flat in a lovely, perfect location for town amenities and for dogs. Flat was very well equipped with modcons including Wifi and Netflix. For some reason I could not get free view on the TV so in between Netflix films I was watching NBNews and AfricanNews! Really recommend this property for a holiday in Edzell.”

“Loved our stay at a cabin at Braemar Lodge Hotel. Very comfortable, clean, spacious cabin. Everything worked well in the cabin, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful area around the cabin, Braemar and the surrounding mountains. ”
