Small, modern residence "Residence Ocean", 3 storeys. 500 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Public parking on the road. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 1.1 km, restaurant 1.1 km, tram "DE LIJN" 1 km, bus stop "De Lijn" 30 m, railway station "NMBS" 5 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 120 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6.4 km, surf school 600 m. Nearby attractions: Markt (dinsdagmorgen) 1.5 km, Hangtime 1.2 km, Fort Napoleon 1.6 km, Casino Oostende 6 km, James Ensor huis 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Open living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with bar. Shower. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
