「Tolle Zimmer, sehr freundliche Besitzer und Personal. Nur der Service beim Essen hatte etwas gelitten. Das gleich bei zwei unabhängigen Bestellungen diese jeweils vergessen worden sind, war schon ärgerlich. Dennoch eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. 「Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was fabulous. Note dear traveler:the Airlies Lodge was not open when we arrived and we banged on the door to no avail. A passerby pointed out that the Monta Villa had taken the property over and was accessible around the corner. Wish Airlies had a sign to that effect. So once we figured it all out, it went well.」

"Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
