"Zunächst war unsere Buchung nicht korrekt hinterlegt, sodass wir garnicht erwartet wurden. Dann war der "Wirlpool" eher eine kleine Badewanne mit Düsen, die auch noch bei der ersten Benutzung schön Dreck ins Wasser befördert haben. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wir haben 2x bescheid gesagt, ..."
