The living room is so spacious that if necessary a mobile folding bed for a 3rd Person can be accommodated. A flat screen television with built-in DVD player is used for entertainment. An antique cupboard is used to store private items. The bright, large carpet on cotto tiles creates a cozy atmosphere; in winter, the underfloor heating increases comfort. Pictures of local artists and floor lamps complete the dignified decor.
Dormitory:
The bedroom contains a double bed in the standard dimensions 180x200cm and a storage rack for storing clothes and laundry. The bedroom is covered with a fitted carpet.
Small kitchen, new and furnished according to needs:
The small kitchen consists of a kitchenette with tall cupboards. Cooks appreciate the stove's modern ceramic hob, an oven with a grill function and an extractor. Microwave, toaster complete the equipment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. The washing machine (Miele Softronic) is connected to the bathroom.

If you are arriving by car, it can be parked in a spacious public space that is only 15m away from the apartment. For loading activities (e.g. departure and arrival), the car can be parked in the parking lot in front of the house.
