“A lovely property in a lovely tiny community with a centuries old church in its front yard. The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a multi course meal served at the table smoothie, cereal, egg dish, waffles, coffee and dessert, in addition to self service of cheeses, meats breads, fruit, nuts, ets. “This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, along with a delicious breakfast. The area around there has hiking amid beautiful mountain trails. The hot tub and pool were incredible. This is a special place.”

“Schönes Hotel, aber Service und Familienfreundlichkeit diesmal enttäuschend
Wir waren letztes Jahr im Schwarzschmied und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Deshalb sind wir dieses Jahr wieder für eine Woche gekommen — diesmal mit unserer kleinen Tochter.
Leider ist der Service diesmal nicht auf dem Niveau, das man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Auf der Terrasse ist kaum Bedienung präsent, der Barmann muss den Service zeitgleich aufrecht erhalten und bemüht sich sichtlich. Auf……
