The photos are very misleading. It is a Motel 6 property. Not overly clean or well repaired. The hallways and the room smelled awful and the bed was so uncomfortable I probably would have been better off on the floor. We were also put into the wrong type of room and then told they didn’t care about the mix up.

This property is not ready for prime time! There were no amenities at all. No tissue, no paper towels , no utensils, nothing. Room 159 is in the adjacent building and I’m pretty sure that the building is in violation of numerous fire codes. Only one exit door at one end of the hall worked. The other doors were all locked. Should a fire break out the only exit would be to break a window to get out of the room. We checked out a day early due to these concerns without any refund.

Super easy to find… safe parking lots. Really great staff… we really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. Our rooms were clean and very nice. Would stay again if we come back to this area.

Friendly staff and room was a nice size and seemed recently renovated. Our AC was finky, wouldn't let me lower the temp. Ended up working randomly towards the end of our stay. Other than that it was pleasant. Also, did not except a holding fee, they did refund it. Overall, nice stay.

I have stayed here a couple of times and each time the staff were friendly. The beds are comfy and if your planning a trip to Brenham/Chappell Hill area it is the perfect location. The pool was clean and so are the grounds. I will stay again
