「Hotel hallways and rooms were in worn condition which made it feel dirty. Shower appeared clean and newer. Strong cooking smell upon entering the hotel. 」

「Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. 」

「There was refurbishing throughout the first floor which was not disclosed to us when we made our reservation. Also loud clientele fighting throughout the night.」

「The lobby area was basic and nice. The rooms and elevators are dated. The gym was adequate. The location is conveniently located off the highway and beside Target and several restaurants which is why I chose it. Oddly they are located in a more remote suburban area on a large hill off the freeway and they CHARGE FOR PARKING which is strange because they are not located in an area where paid parking is NOT a thing. They are not in the city center or by airport where one would expect to pay...

「Do not go to this hotel. I checked in and went to the room. The TV did not work and I reported it to the desk clerk. It took her 20 minutes to find another room for me. After I had been in the new room for about 10 minutes, another person walked into the room. Evidently, this person had been assigned the room and had gone out for supper or something. They went down to the front desk to report the matter. Then, the TV in the new room stopped working. I decided to leave. The desk clerk...
