Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und hat einen schönen, gut gesicherten Garten, was toll ist für Kinder oder Hunde. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, war dass das Elternschlafzimmer und Badezimmer beides im 1. Geschoss sind. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und ruhig

Herbst in Breskens

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Breskens- wie immer. Der Garten ist wirklich toll, kurze Entfernung zum Strand und den Wasserdünen- für Hundemenschen wirklich super. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Lediglich was die Sauberkeit in der Küche angeht ist noch Luft nach oben.

Das Haus und der Park waren wie beschrieben und auch die Schaukel am Haus war super für die Kinder. Der Park hat einiges zu bieten um auch schlechtes Wetter zu überbrücken. Zum Meer geht man gut 20 min zu Fuß. Die Umgebung bietet viel zu erkunden, was auch gut mit Kindern ist! Einzig die Sauberkeit des Hauses könnte etwas besser sein ansonsten alles top.

De ligging was zeer goed. In het huisje waren er een paar dingen die het verblijf aangenamer hadden kunnen maken. Zo waren er geen afwasblokjes, extra toiletrollen of keukenhanddoeken. We hebben een leuk en rustig verblijf gehad.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar und man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Die Hunde fanden ihn super zum Schnüffeln und Spielen. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist sehr ansprechend. Das Häuschen liegt ganz am Ende und der Fußweg zum Strand sind ca. 15 Minuten. Auf eine Zwischenfrage hat der Eigentümer mir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt kommen wir liebend gerne wieder.

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben die 2 Wochen im Haus sehr genossen. das Haus liegt optimal, hat 2 Stellplätze hintereinander vor dem Haus und ist für nicht "springfreudige" Hunde mit ca. 60cm Zaunhöhe absolut sicher eingezäunt. Die Räume waren abgesehen von den nicht geputzten Fenstern sehr sauber, die Ausstattung der Küche etwas eingeschränkt: sehr kleine Essteller, keine wirklich scharfen Messer. Interessant wäre eine kleine Einweisung der Funktion der Heizung gewesen, da es nachts noch ziemlich kalt wurde. Die Treppe ist steil und relativ eng, das Bad oben mit einer Schräge über der schmalen Badewanne (mit Duschvorhang) für sehr große Menschen wahrscheinlich unbequem, für uns ging es gut. Leider hat der Garten keinen Wasserschlauch, sodass man den Hund nach einem Strand-und Meerbesuch dort nicht kurz abspülen kann. Die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel sind wie auch die Küchenmöbel teilweise etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Aber all das sind nur Tipps für den Vermieter, wie er es mit kleinen Investitionen noch schöner machen kann. Für uns hat das Haus das geboten, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mit trotzdem super Anbindung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand. Wichtig sind uns außerdem im Urlaub gute Matratzen, was diesmal wirklich gegeben war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

2ter Aufenthalt NICHT bereut

Nicht umsonst haben wir dieses Haus gewählt, wie auch schon im letzten Jahr. Es liegt ganz am Rand des Parks und in max. Entfernung zum Strand (20 Min. zu Fuß). Das Haus ist gut abgeschirmt gegenüber den Nachbarn. Diese Jahr war starker Sturm, die Geräuschkulisse der umstehenden Pappel war entsprechend beeindruckend. Kein Problem aber wissenswert. Die Sitzgruppe ist gut gepolstert das Ehebett ebenfalls, die anderen Betten haben wir nicht genutzt. Wie bei diesen Häusern üblich ist die Treppe sehr steil und eng. Machbar aber zu beachten. Die Gartenmöbel sind absolut OK. Der Garten ( Wiesenbewuchs: Gras, Butterblumen) ist gerade auch für Hunde ideal. Die Teile der Umzäunung betragen ca. 70cm. Eine Schaukel befindet sich im Garten. Die mit Platten belegte Terrasse ist überdacht und Windgeschütz und enthält einen 6 Personentisch.Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, ein zweiter Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine befinden sich im Beiraum. Die Satanlage war zumindest für deutsche Sender sehr wetterabhängig. Wir werden gerne wieder dieses Haus buchen. ++++ 1/2+
