Approximately 800m from the beach, in a holiday residence with a shared heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), tennis courts, a pétanque court, and shared green spaces, this one-bedroom holiday home (approximately 35m²) comprises a main room with a dining/lounge area (120cm sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV, sideboard, table, chairs) and a kitchenette (ceramic hob, small refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave).

(The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a bed for 2 people).

A hallway leads to a bedroom (140cm bed + wardrobe) and a shower room (shower cubicle, sink, washing machine) and separate WC.

Patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue).

Private parking.

Pets allowed. Bed linen and towels not provided. Tourist tax not included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (+€80), to be booked through the agency.

Security deposit: €250 BY CREDIT CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).

A cleaning deposit may be required.
