Enjoy our 4 bedroom, 2 bath Cape home and comfortably sleep the whole crew! You'll love the large yard and oversized brand new deck with a dining area as well as outdoor couches and outdoor shower. Make s'mores by the fire pit!
The home is just minutes to bayside beaches, Ocean Edge, The Brewster General Store, and Nickerson State Park. Also mere steps to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Route 6A. Bikes are available! Take a two minute bike ride or hike into Nickerson State Park to enjoy its trails and ponds. Just park your car and use your bike to explore Brewster and beyond. This location can't be beat!

Great location and bountiful with gracious host
We had a wonderful time at Kate's home this past August. Even before we checked in, Kate was the best host, promptly answering all of my questions. When we arrived, the house was spotless. It was also amazingly equipped: well-maintained bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, board games, beach towels, etc. The location is amazing with 1 min bike ride to the rail trail and a 20 min walk to the nearest beach. We hope to return.

Even lovelier and more practical than expected!
I stayed here with my husband and three children, as well as my brother and sister-in-law and their four children. It was exactly what we needed! The home has clearly been well cared for and thoughtfully remodeled. The host was quick to respond to communication. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time
Property was clean and fit us all perfectly. Loved the location of the house. Wasn’t far from the beach and the beaches were super nice that it was close too. Had everything we needed in the home. My only suggestion would be to put some blinds upstairs so that beautiful morning sun doesn’t wake ya at 5 in the morning. Other than that the house was absolutely perfect!! Loved the fire pit! Loved the patio furniture, and the shed full of stuff to entertain my boys. Was a great experience and would stay there again!!

Great family house
We had a great week at the cape! Linnell Landing beach was a short bike ride away. The back deck with the couch and fireplace was a great added touch, we spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. Would definitely go back again!
