"The room and carpet had a bad smell. Needs to be changed. The furniture were mixed match 2 totally different chairs at the table. Got the room for my elderly parents dad being 92 years old with a cane. Mom 84 and front desk staff knew this and still gave us a regular room with a tub and high bed making it difficult for them. Only staying one night so it wasn’t worth changing. also was helping my parents check in with me being a possible third person. She didn’t even offer a breakfast card for me or ask if I was staying. Don’t rely on the free breakfast. It’s all carbs not many choices and no protein. It is not a breakfast. But looking at it, I’d rather spend money going to a breakfast diner. Property is definitely not a 3 star, I promise I’m not picky and have stayed 2.5 star location better than this- Grand palms will NOT see me again!"

"When I got there I saw two employees behind the desk but only one was working with about 5-7 people in line so it took quite a bit even when I did check in online. Then they gave me a key to someone else's room!!! I had to go back to the desk and they had to reassign me to another room. When I got in the room the painting was hanging off the wall lamp shade all tilted side ways hair under the bathroom vanity. The pillows were HORRIBLE and once you lay on them get so flat. Glad it was only a 1 night stay and I would not book again. "

"Received a credit for the pool bar and rooftop restaurant by booking the night The staff forgot to mention the pool bar not being open that day and the restaurant wouldn't honor it. Bigger issue was the night club on the rooftop until 3am. The hotel thinks by leaving ear plugs in the room nobody would notice the windows rattling from the base of the music. Also this hotel has no parking other than valet for $40"

"I am so disappointed and actually a little angry. Immediately after entering the room it smelled like cigarettes! Traveling with 19 month old I didn't want her exposed to that. After a bit of a wait we changed rooms which was inconvenient. Housekeeping brought up the pack n play and one side wouldn't lift. So that defeated the purpose. The phone chargers only worked on one side and of course were across the room. You pay for parking, no big d "

"Great location. Stayed here to catch a Miami game with the family, very easy drive to the stadium. Hotel was clean with great amenities, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast."
