"We had a very short but pleasant stay.Excellent hotel have stayed here previously. Staff always friendly happy and helpful checking in and out was quick. The room had a kitchenette. Everything you need and want comfy bed and pillows Two TVs Excellent location close to Bourkes Mall. shops, cafes theatres and the tram line. Everything is very walkable. Very quiet area. On the downside the room we booked was the king corner spa room which was very tired. The cleanliness of the room was not good. The bathroom had what looked like mould on the ceiling. The whole room needs a good refurbishment. The bed however was very comfortable."
