This adorable studio suite is located just off US 395 across from the Historic Mono County Courthouse in the heart of downtown Bridgeport. Every aspect of this suite was just remodeled and is 100% brand new including the bathroom, furniture, appliances, flooring, bed etc. You'll be within walking distance to every business in Bridgeport including the world-famous bakery, museum, wedding venues, brewery, and three bars. The space
Welcome to this modern downtown Bridgeport studio suite with kitchen, and bathroom detached from the main building on US 395. Every aspect of this suite has been remolded to provide the most comfortable stay in Bridgeport: new floors, bed, kitchen, bathroom, couch, 65” TV, instant hot water heater, etc. The suite is walking distance to all food and bar options in downtown Bridgeport. On-site parking. Perfect spot to hike, fish, explore Bridgeport, Bodie, local hot springs, Mono Lake and Yosemite.
Guest access
A private dedicated parking spot is located off the public street right in front of the suite entrance.
Guests have access to the entire courtyard area, driveway, BBQ, and outdoor dining tables. A shared washer and dryer are available in the garage.
The courtyard area is a shared space with the property owners who live in the main building on Main Street along US 395. This studio is located in a detached building from the owner's space on the first floor with one long-term tenant located upstairs above the studio. NOTE: One solo tenant lives full time above this unit. The owners will occasionally use the garage to park bikes and vehicles.
The suite is accessible by a smart lock that will generate a random code that will only work during your stay.

Some Sierra Nevada mountain passes including Hwy 89 - Monitor Pass, Hwy 108 - Sonora Pass, and Hwy 120 - Tioga Pass close for the winter due to snow. Please check road conditions before booking on the Caltrans website. Most Sierra passes generally close in November and open in late May or June. (Closer to late June in the spring of 2023 due to high snow levels) Hwy 270 - Bodie Road also closes during the winter.
Yosemite National Park will not require reservations in 2023 but there is still a $35 entrance fee per vehicle.
Some bars and restaurants are not open in the winter in Bridgeport. Food and visitor amenities may be limited from December - March.
