「Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!」

「We loved our stay in this amazingly cute cabin. It had everything we needed and more. Ray and Rena did such a great job converting and decorating this old hunting cabin. Eclectically chic. Loved the sinks and cute little corner dresser. Each night, after a day of exploring, we looked forward to a shower of never-ending hot water. Very much appreciated! 「We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. The host was responsive, generous, and helpful. Highly recommend...

「We only stayed one night the front desk lady was amazing she was dealing with me and another guest at the same time she was wonderful and very professional. I booked three rooms she had gotten us all on the same floor, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The patio to sit on and have breakfast the view is incredible. The pool was nice and clean the kids had a blast. We will visit this again. 」
