Bempton is an ideal holiday location for exploring the East Yorkshire Coast with miles of award-winning beaches. The RSPB sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs, is just 1½ miles away, where you can take in super views across to Flamborough Head whilst spotting the many rare bird species safely nesting.
Scattered across the East Yorkshire Coast are many quaint villages with shops and inns in abundance. Filey is only 5 miles away, boasting a 5 mile stretch of award-winning sands and a long promenade with many restaurants, and Flamborough is 3 miles.
The historic city of York is only an hour away, with its beautiful Minster and shops in the famous Shambles. Alternatively, take a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors steam railway from Pickering to Whitby. Within Bempton, there are lots of amenities within a short stroll with the village shop and pub close by. Shop 80 yards, pub 170 yards, restaurant 2¾ miles.
