There’s ample storage, so bring your gear. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off from a day on the water or after a game of hoops in the driveway. Keep the competitive spirit going inside where there’s a game room with a pool table, and a wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator to keep your beverages nicely chilled. When you’re ready to relax, a five-person hot tub overlooking the sound but protected from the elements is the rewarding finish to an outstanding day.

Two of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level. There’s a king master with a private ensuite bath and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk with trundle that’s perfect for the kids. All of the rooms have TVs. The third bedroom, a king master with a private ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub is located on the second level and opens onto the great room. Highlighted by cathedral ceilings, plentiful windows and colorful décor, the airy and cheery space will have you feeling like you are floating on air — or maybe water — as the views are like being on a boat at sea. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
