"It is a very good option to stay on the Island. It has everything you need, a microwave, a fridge, coffe maker, etc. The king room has a full bed which is really nice. Also the ac worked very well and it has a ceiling fan. It was clean and very quiet. I have no complaints and for the price this is a really nice amd affordable option. Please keep it like that so that Marco Island could still be enjoyed and affordable."

"The house was beautiful, clean, organized, and exactly as it was pictured on Vrbo. Our last vacation rental only provided a “starter kit”, so it was a pleasant surprise to see paper towels, toilet paper, and even Tide pods available for use. We also appreciated the luggage racks."

"This condo hosted by Kate was awesome. It was very well decorated. The furniture and bedding were great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very conveniently located on the first floor and we were able to park right by the door. The first floor condo also had easy access to the pool, which we spent time at ever day. I will definitely try and rent this place again next time we are in Naples. "

"We just spent a week with family at this lovely home. There was plenty of room everyone. The pool was great! Neighborhood is quiet and everyone was very friendly. Three amazing restaurants in Isle of Capri and a marina with boat rental. Highly recommend renting a boat and visiting the islands off of Marco. "

"very clean condo. able to walk to restaurants. quiet area. host always answered questions in a timely manner and gave very good suggestions for things to do and places to dine at on marco island. king bed in master and 2 queens in 2nd bedroom. everything needed for kitchen is supplied. beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and small soft cooler supplied. fully screened porch off master bedroom/living room with table and 4 chairs and bench storage. very very nice condo to stay at. highly recommend."
