This charming 3-bedroom and spacious, 2-bathroom holiday house is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. Perched on a gentle hillside, the home offers stunning panoramic views from the back deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets over the rolling countryside. The outdoor space is ideal for dining alfresco or simply relaxing as you take in the natural beauty.
Inside, the house has been thoughtfully renovated with a modern, open-plan kitchen and living area, blending style and comfort. The newly upgraded kitchen features sleek countertops, newest appliances, and ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze. The adjoining lounge area is bright and airy, with large windows that flood the room with natural light. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful décor make it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The three spacious bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, each offering cosy bedding.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is easily accessible from the other two bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 - 1 x King Bed *splitable into 2 singles for an extra charge of $50 and must be requested upon booking so it can be prearranged.
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed

A beautifully designed brand-new kitchen with brand new appliances. Electric cooking, ample bench space and dishwasher for your convenience.
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Plenty of couch space for everyone, Smart TV in front and back loungeroom. Wi-Fi is available at this property.
HEATING & COOLING
A reverse cycle split system in the front loungeroom and a woodfire heater in the main living area for those cooler nights.
BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom featuring a shower, vanity & toilet.
Main bathroom featuring a vanity & shower. Toilet is separate and located off the laundry.
LAUNDRY
Washer & dryer in one for your convenience.
OUTDOORS
Large decking area over-looking a lush paddock and beautiful mountain views. There is a retractable awning available for sun protection.

39 Gavan Street is a pet friendly property. The back yard is enclosed however Bright Holidays cannot guarantee the security of the yard and takes no responsibility if your pet escapes.
We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to and these charges will be automatically taken from your security deposit.
