Brighton Getaway

We visited Brighton Feb of 2024 and loved except for the commute from Salt Lake. This year we stayed here and it was worth every penny! Got to sleep in a little and still be first on the lift!

Great place and amazing location!

The condo is a spacious one bedroom that had everything we needed and easy access to the jacuzzi. The location is as good as it gets in Brighton with a short walk to lifts and lodge. We'll be back!

Great place to decompress and recharge!!

All I had to do was step out the door and I was on an amazing hike everyday! Then I would come back to a comfy, clean place. Had everything I needed, didn’t want to leave💕

First Family Snowboarding/Ski Vacation

My husband and I booked this chalet for us and our two sons, ages 19 and 21. You can't beat the location, being right next to the Brighton Ski resort. The chalet was perfect for our stay. We had 2 issues: the first is that I had confirmed twice before we arrived that there would be sheets, pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa bed for our sons. I was assured that all would be provided. Upon arrival after a LONG travel day (being up since 4am), we arrived to find no sheets or pillowcases for the pullout. This was a bit disappointing. The other issue is that halfway through our stay, other guests checked into the unit above us. The noise from them above was extreme, late into the evening and beginning at 6am. I finally had to go over and ask them to keep it down. They were apologetic, said they had "like 8 kids up there" and didn't know anyone else was there, which I find hard to believe when our vehicle was parked there when they checked in. At any rate, I realize that this is a risk you take when you rent a unit on the first floor but just beware if you rent this unit that you will be dealing with noise from those above. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again - but in the upstairs unit!!

Not a good experience

Where do i start? horrible communication from host. They do not even text you back. This is a 4 plex do you can hear everyone around you! The people above were so loud but not only that, you can hear their every move and step, and the room above is sleeps like 10 people so lots of noise. check out was at 10am but at 9:30, the cleaning person walked into our room and started to clean. i was so shocked, i couldn't even bring myself to say anything. super weird!!! we were still packing. You end up paying about $450 a night for one little hotel shampoo and one little hotel conditioner. there was no extra! not enough towels. not worth the cost AT ALL!! do not waste your time.

Hidden Falls

We liked this 1 bedroom unit last year so much that we booked it again this season. The size is great for 2 people although you could have 1-2 people seep on the sofa. It's very comfortable. Nice gas fireplace. The kitchen is unconventional but you can easily cook all your meals there. The unit is very thoughtfully appointed. We love the artwork. We have a couple of comments for improvements. Think of moving the TV from the bedroom to the kitchen. (Guys like to watch basketball while he eating. Would keep the food in the kitchen. Thank you trying to fix the hot tub. It appears to need more work on the electrical system. It was nice when we couture it. The walk to Milly's lift is easy and the location can't be beat.

Hidden Falls Brighton Chalet - November Ski Weekend

I stayed in the chalet with my 3 daughters (11,12,14) for a mother daughter ski weekend after Thanksgiving. We had a great time. Pros: - Location was convenient. Would have been more so if the Milly lift was open, but since it was early season we did need to drive to the main lifts (1 min drive but too far to carry the gear). - Lodging was nice. We liked the gas fireplace, the convenience of having 2 TVs (one in master bedroom, 1 in den), and an eat-in kitchen. Hot tub was also nice and since no one else was staying there we got to enjoy it ourselves. - Owner/ rental company was quick to respond to issues. - Washer/dryer in unit is a plus for ski trip. Cons: - The chalet uses codes for everything and the codes are all different and were spotty. For example, our ski locker code worked the first day but not the second so we stored our gear in the car during the second night. Luckily our car was big enough. We also had issues with the hot tub codes, which meant we only got to use the hot tub on the second day and missed a day of use. The owner was responsive when we contacted them though. - Not enough bedding. The chalet said it sleeps 4, but there were no sheets for the pullout sofa. Since we were flying from out of town to ski in Utah we couldn't travel with all our own linens. For something of this price, I would have expected basic linens. - Master bed while big (king size) was not particularly comfortable, same with pillows. - There was a hot plate but I couldn't figure out how to turn it on (either not working or user error) so we were limited to microwave meals. - I requested late checkout and got charged for it. Given that no one else seemed to be arriving that day and there had been issues with the hot tub code & ski locker access, etc., I think it would have been more appropriate to comp the late checkout. I understand the owners need to make money but I think it would have been better customer service to comp in this case. Overall, we had a great time at the chalet, it was convenient & the rental people/owner were helpful. Brighton is an awesome place to ski, and I would definitely come back.

Great location, awesome hosts

The location is perfect! Two-minute walk to the ski lifts and beautiful scenery outside your door—adorable apartment, immaculate. The outside ski locker is fantastic, and the inside boot warmer was appreciated. Comfortable beds - plenty of room for a family of four. Hosts made our stay perfect. They went above and beyond to help. We had a wonderful vacation and will stay here again!
