This brand new city apartment offers you all that central Brighton can provide. Sleeping up to 6 guests and just moments from North Laine with its walking streets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas and pubs - you'll be set for both great shopping and nightlife. Just up the road from Brighton's world famous pier and beach, this apartment could not be better positioned. The spacious, bright living room includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV for streaming all your favourite platforms. A dining area seating up to 6 guests is teamed with a fully equipped kitchen including a washer dryer. This central apartment is perfect for couples, families or working professionals will leave you buzzing from a perfect Brighton getaway!

Bright apartment with spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.
KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, kettle, toaster plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
- Bedroom 1, Zip and link beds, made up as two singles but can be made into a double on request, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2, permanent double bed, sleeps 2

There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use

In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
No pets
Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. thank you
This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt, please contact us before booking
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
