「Old school home. Has everything you need. Clean. Not really close to stores so bring groceries. Be nice if it had a bbq. Great area to stay if you want to get outdoors. Lots of firewood there. Lit the stove in the backyard and had a quiet evening. 」

「We had a wonderful time with this cottage as our jumping off point to explore all that Newfoundland has to offer. Icebergs, whales, hiking, and friendliness everywhere we turned. It was a magical week that we won't soon forget!」

「A brand new salt box house: it's bright, airy, got loads on windows, and fabulous ceilings (yes, ceilings: I'm a bit of architecture nerd). Visitors should be aware that a salt box design requires a steep staircase, and, yes, the staircase is steep. It's also extremely well lit, girded with rails, and designed with good deep steps with raised edges. I felt safe on it, even when my arthritis meant I had to walk sideways down the steps with both hands on the rail. The house itself is lovely and...
