"Streaming services don't work on the televisions, there was no saucepans only a frying pan and a large pan. We were there a week and there was no kettle for 5 days, we received one on the 2nd last day. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Alessandra. The apartments are in the perfect location, very close to good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The rooftop pool is perfect for some relaxation, and has good views of the city. "Our stay at the Primo Ostuni Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Christian met us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Parking is easy to manage-on the street with the white lines depending on the time of the day, or a lot that is free 300m away or a paid lot on the backside of the hotel. All very good options."

"This is a beautiful property with lovely grounds and a wonderful pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Our rooms and bathrooms were large, clean, and very comfortable, and the included breakfast was excellent. Guests should be aware, however, that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi available elsewhere on the property is extremely limited. We did not feel this was clearly disclosed. For travelers from the United States who need to stay connected, this is important to understand—you should plan to truly unplug during your stay. We also had dinner at the property. The meal was just okay and fairly expensive, so I would recommend confirming both the menu and the price in advance. There are two nearby towns with additional dining options. Overall, this would be a wonderful location for a planned group gathering or retreat. The property is peaceful and beautiful, the accommodations are spacious, and the people are terrific. Just come prepared to disconnect."

"The property is even better than advertised! It is a gorgeous resort and very convenient for young families. The little train will take you to the private beach in minutes. The 3 pools are wonderful, but the most noteworthy thing to mention is the incredible staff!!! Amazing, attentive, always busy and making sure that the guests have everything. There is nothing I did not like (except maybe the security guard at the villas’ gate who was extremely rude because we were at the wrong gate to exit)… My husband and I would come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!"

The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived, providing warm, attentive service that was flawless throughout our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and every detail reflects true luxury. The panoramic views of Ostuni and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every meal was a delight, from the incredible breakfast to the outstanding dining experiences. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in Puglia, VISTA Ostuni is simply outstanding. "Great location. Parking is not really an issue you can find in the street short walk. BUT hotel should advise at reservation time you have to drive through a Limites Zone (not an issue but be aware). The shower... why is the shower such a difficult concept in Italy? Shower is ample, you can fully stretch your arms lenghtwise, But the shower head with many funtions is in the center pointing to the door where the space is minimum. You cannot move but a lot of empty space on each side. I dont get it"
