Positioned in small boutique complex in a prime peaceful location this fantastic unit is ideal for professional couples or small families.

This well presented well maintained solid residence is only 6 kms from the CBD, and is in an ultra convenient location moments to main bus routes, cafes, restaurants, parks & schools.

Enjoying it’s own private street entrance.
Guest access
Parking is around the back of the Unit 2. In the garage you will also find the washing machine.

Entry is through the front gate.

It was a lovely courtyard for the pets, and very nice for them too. but the location was hardly "Prime", unless you like having to drive everywhere. Nearest cafe was about 800m away, and you have to walk up a massive hill. Expedia says the owner would email me the check-in instructions - I had to chase them, and all I got was a screenshot, no email. There were about 40 flies inside when I got there, as if they had been breeding while locked in. Some rotten foods as well, and the air fryer hadn't been cleaned. A lot of cockroaches come up through the floor, so one of my cats had a fun time. But the host was very responsive, and bought a vacuum when i asked for it, and sent some people out to clean the courtyard. overall ordinary, if I had to vacate for renovations for another six weeks I may go back, but thankfully I won't have to.

photos are completely different from the reality. very dark place, cleaning not the best, mould in the bathroom. little changes to the unit can make a huge difference. Close to city if travelling by car but not handy by public transport. I would not go back.

Needs a deep clean. Rugs, curtains, blinds etc require cleaning. Unit has a stale smell. Front gate hanging off hinges...unsafe. Railing on steps is rusty...unsafe. Feels neglected.

Great location - very handy to buses & cafes. Great communication with the owner but this property is not at the usual standard of a short term rental property. The bathroom has lots of mould on the walls. Ceiling & silicone in the shower. The basin didn’t drain properly & there was a musty smell. The bedrooms were dusty. In the larger room the mattress was too small for the bed frame which was impractical. The kitchen is small but had the essentials & surprisingly a lot of storage given the size. The couch & rug in the lounge room were very dirty. Luckily we could bring some blankets from home to cover the couch.

Great location and comfy accomodation

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my brother. Property a good size for 2 but would be a squeeze for 4. Great transport links close by to city centre and plenty of amenities locally.
