Location was 10/10, walking distance to shops and beach.The house suited our family of 6 comfortably.There was alot not listed on the house facilities that was infact included in the property.There is WIFI.There is netflix.2 of the 3 bedrooms had aircon which was great.Living room and main bedroom did not have aircon, but did have ceiling fans, we stayed over christmas and suffered from the heat at night in particular which made it quite uncomfortable, the main bedroom really needs aircon as there is zero airflow from the windows.Beds were comfortable.Alot of kitchenware provided, platters, glad wrap, cleaning products, this was great!Outside deck area was nice, enough room to put up a small blowup pool for the kids.Disappointed with the cleanliness of the house.It needs a thorough deep clean.The bathroom showers have mould which can easily be cleaned with bleach.The window cills, behind bedside tables, under beds were filthy. So much dust, dirt, rubbish from previous tenants.It is clearly visible that the cleaner comes and only vacuums and mops the main walking areas. The property would also benefit with a vacuum on site, a broom is not sufficient.Please please replace dish cloths before using, we all got sick within the first 24hours and I can put this down to dirty dish cloths.Things you need to take yourself, toilet paper (its not provided) mozzie coils (there is a ridiculous amount of mozzies everywhere (our baby was eaten all over her body as she slept in the main bedroom), spare bath towels.Overall, we did enjoy our stay, and we hope the small things listed above are taken into consideration for the landlord/Ray White to fix, as I have seen previous reviews stating the exact same issues.
