I will provide access details the day prior, with easy to follow instructions, and check in to make sure you are comfortable / have any questions. My apartment is located in one of Brisbane city's most iconic buildings, Utopia, an ultra-modern community in Fortitude Valley. You will not find a location primed for a better choice of options. Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier. 10 mins walk from Fortitude Valley Station or just 15min by car from the Airport. Surrounded by James Street, Brisbane's best nightlife, the Brisbane CBD, Chinatown, train station & endless cafes & restaurants. This is a foodies paradise and the perfect location to explore! You can walk to the best that Brisbane has to offer. Where to go? Number one on every visit to Brisbane is a trip to James Street and the infamous Calile Hotel which is a short five minute walk. You will instantly be immersed in the vibe of an instagram worthy and sensational offering of spectacular restaurants, cafes, shops showcasing Australian fashion labels, and bars. The apartment itself sits on the edge of the Valley, which is a hive of activity - destination for the most lively nightlife scene in Australia. Good position for quality restaurants, if you are a foodie like we are (recommend Perspective Restaurant). Tidy apartment, comfy bed, everything we needed. Sadly there was a problem with the modem so no WiFi for the stay, directions don't state that access to parking isn't from the address given which mean a bit of a stressful arrival as we were navigating in the dark in an unfamiliar one way area. Found the car park quite tight to get in and out of as it's between two pillars and only just cleared our side mirrors. Difficulty with the key drop off, as the Ezymart was closed at the time we needed to leave, and there was no one at the desk at Kooi apartments (who had to help us a couple of times, with lift access when we couldn't get the fob to work, and also to show us where to put recycling), we had a taxi waiting so that was a bit stressful.

Lovely apartment

This is a great apartment with great views and great location. Really enjoyed staying there. There is nothing to majorly complain about. I think with a few minor adjustments this place will soon be a 10 out of 10. Would stay here again for sure.
